3. How We Handle Reports
- We review every report we receive and prioritize reports involving potential harm, fraud, or illegal activity.
- We may ask the customer involved for information about their consent and opt-in records.
- Where a violation is confirmed, we may issue a warning, require corrective action, suspend messaging, or terminate the account.
- We cooperate with carriers, industry bodies, and law enforcement where required or appropriate.
- We may be unable to share the outcome of an investigation, but we will confirm receipt of your report where possible.
4. Emergency and Law Enforcement Requests
If you believe there is an imminent risk of serious harm, contact your local emergency services first. Law enforcement and government agencies may contact us at legal@furcata.com. We review each request for legal validity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
