Getting support

Reach the Furcata team by in-app chat or email, and get a useful answer quickly.

When something is not working, or you are not sure how to do something, there are two ways to reach us. Both go to the same team.

The fastest route is the support chat inside the Furcata app. It is a conversation, not a ticket form — you can send a question and follow the reply in the same thread.

  • Your account needs a phone number on it. The support conversation is keyed to your number, so if it is missing the app will point you at your settings to add one.
  • Make sure your account profile is complete. An incomplete account prompts you to finish it before the chat opens.
  • Say what you were trying to do, not only what went wrong.
  • Include the account and, where relevant, the contact or the message you are asking about.
  • If a message failed, say roughly when — it lets us find the send without a back-and-forth.
  • Attach a screenshot if the problem is visual.

You can also reach the team by email at support@furcata.com. Email is better for anything long, anything with attachments, or anything you want a written record of.

For account-specific requests, email from the address associated with your Furcata account, or say which account you mean.

  • Chat support is included in every account.
  • Premium support, where you need a named contact and faster response, is available — see the pricing page.
  • For anything security-related, tell us first and do not investigate it yourself.

We will never ask for your password

Nobody at Furcata will ask you for your password, your API token, or a verification code sent to your phone. If you receive such a request, it is not from us — report it.

Check service status

If something looks broken across the board rather than in your account, see how we report incidents and platform changes.
