Billing and plans

How Furcata is priced, what is included, and what you are charged for.

Furcata is billed on what you use. There is no fee to hold an account and no charge for the software itself — you pay for the messaging you send, the numbers you hold and the registrations you need.

Rates change. The pricing page is the authoritative source for what anything costs today; this page explains how the pieces fit together rather than quoting numbers.

Messaging is drawn from a credit balance. You top up the balance and messages are drawn down from it as they are sent. A message that is split into several segments draws down several units, because the carrier charges per segment.

Each number you hold carries a recurring fee. Numbers are acquired in the app, and the fee applies for as long as you keep the number.

Registering a brand and campaign for application-to-person messaging in the United States and Canada carries a monthly fee, set by the registration system rather than by Furcata.

Voice messages and AI voice agent calls are billed by the minute rather than by the segment. There is no monthly subscription for the voice agent — you pay for the minutes you use.

You pay for what you send, at the published rate, with no commitment.

As your volume grows, the effective rate improves. The tiers are based on volume, so the cost per message falls as the programme scales.

Several capabilities are included in every account rather than priced separately:

  • AI features in the message composer.
  • AI agents for your messaging workflows, including MCP access for the assistants you already use.
  • Unlimited accounts.
  • Unlimited services and campaigns.
  • Unlimited contacts, with list validation.
  • Dashboards and reports.
  • Automated voicemail transcription.
  • A custom domain or subdomain.
  • Team users.
  • Chat support.
  • Onboarding.
  • Messaging credits — the messages themselves.
  • Messaging fees — the per-message carrier charges.
  • Phone numbers.
  • 10DLC campaign registration and its monthly fee.
  • Voice minutes and AI voice agent minutes.
  • Premium support, where you want a named contact and faster response.
  • Watch the accepted-versus-delivered gap. Undeliverable messages still cost you.
  • Keep messages short. A message that fits in one segment costs one unit.
  • Review your reports regularly rather than at the end of a period.
  • Release numbers you are not using — they carry a recurring fee.
  • For voice, keep recordings short. The unit is the minute.

Subscription and payment details are managed in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe, so card details are held by Stripe rather than by Furcata.
