Automation lets an account answer without a person watching. It has two parts: Basic, which decides what is sent, and Advanced, which configures the AI agent.
Basic
Basic edits the message templates used by the automation service. It is where you write the wording an automated reply will use.
Advanced
Advanced edits the AI settings for the account. Change the draft, then save. Canceling discards unsaved changes, so save before you leave if you want to keep them.
Set up an automatic reply
Open Automation
Open the account and select Automation, then choose Basic.
Write the trigger
Set the Automation Context to the exact message that should trigger the automation. Incoming messages are matched against this text.
Write the reply
Edit the templates the automation service sends when the trigger matches.
Save
Save your changes. Unsaved edits are discarded if you leave without saving.
What the AI agent can do
- Use your business knowledge when it answers.
- Greet callers with the greeting you configured.
- Follow the system instruction you set for it.
- Ask callers the interview questions you configured.
- Transfer callers to the destinations you set, chosen by language and intent.
- Only offer transfers during the business hours you configured.
Call settings
Call settings include a duration limit for configured calls. The call warns one minute before the limit is reached and ends when the limit is hit. The default limit is 10 minutes.
Large knowledge fields are size-checked
The combined large-text fields you configure for the agent are validated when you save. If they exceed the size a single document may hold, the save fails with a clear error rather than storing a partial configuration.
Models are managed for you
The models the agent uses are configured by Furcata rather than chosen per account, so there is nothing to pick or keep up to date.
